About This Site
[Tabor Trust] [Key House, Falkland, Fife]

Key House is a small informal space, offering residential accomodation for individuals or groups in four twin rooms, which can be booked singly for individual breaks.

We meet together socially in the large cosy kitchen for meals. At other times, unless coming with a group or to a programmed event, we encourage guests to make the best use of the quiet of the house and its setting - resting, reading, walking or reflecting.

We have a peaceful garden which opens at the back of the house into the Palace orchard. The house sits beside the Palace in the High Street of this small conservation village. There are country walks from the back door, with views to the Lomond hills.

For individuals we offer spiritual direction both for residents and non-residents, and space for day retreats.

For groups of up to twelve we offer a days programme of guided prayer and reflection, or the opportunity to follow their own programme.

The simple chapel in the converted stable at the back of the house is also available for individual use or group prayer.

There is a meditation each evening for those staying with us.

The house is ecumenical and welcomes both men and women of all traditions or none.
